700p Update

September 23rd, 2007 Chip Leave a comment Go to comments

It appears Palm has released a new update for the Verizon Treo 700p just a couple of days ago. I find it odd that they didn’t change the version number of the update, instead adding an underscore to the version string to differentiate this version from the last. I’ve installed it on my Treo, so we’ll see if it clears up the error I’ve been getting.

What about PocketPC devices? At least you can get Quicken for them. Not sure about other stuff, but I kinda like mine.

Then again, I have no idea how to send a text message, although I believe my phone can do it!

I’ve never really liked the interface on PocketPC stuff, though I haven’t really played with one for a while. So far the 700p has been pretty stable with the new patch, though it’s only been a day.
