It’s been an interesting week since my last post. Andrea graduated
from the University of New Hampshire yesterday, and the ceremony was
last night. After she received her diploma (actually, and empty folder,
she gets the real thing in the mail) we went to dinner with her
parents and grandparents. Her parents bought her a huge zebra
painting, but it was damaged during shipping, cracking the wooden
frame it was on, and tearing part of the canvas. They’re going to try
and have it repaired, I think.
At work, I got the new mail server up and running. I’m using Postfix
with Courier-IMAP and MySQL to do virtual mail accounts, Squirrelmail
for web access, SpamAssassin for spam filtering, and AMaViS with McAffee
VirusScan for virus scanning. It’s working out pretty well so far, all
of SimPro and IronCastle’s mail have been switched over to it. The only
really big user of the old server is Valvcon.
Hmm… other than that, not much going on. I beat Metal Gear Solid 2
in Easy mode, now I’m going to replay in Normal.
